Great customer service and so helpful

This was my first experience at Parrelli Optical after choosing them based on comparing online reviews for several other local places. They have a wonderful variety of styles and sizes of frames which is a plus since I am petite and have a difficult time finding frames that fit well. Martha made the experience easy and enjoyable. She has a wealth of knowledge about eyewear and a great sense of style/fashion. She helped me choose the best type of lenses for my needs and prescription and the best look too. I felt so confident going along with every recommendation she made. One week later I picked up my new glasses and couldn't be happier. These progressives fit perfectly, look terrific, and give me the ease and convenience of wearing one pair of glasses vs switching off between my distance and reading glasses. Martha's personalized care, experience, and expertise were outstanding. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Parrelli Optical and recommend them most highly.

Dr. Metsch is very thorough and friendly. He explains everything. The optical staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. The whole family uses Parrelli Optical in North Andover.

This place has a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. When visiting here, it harkens back to a time where the customer/consumer is like family. They listen to your needs first, then make suggestions based on your needs. They do not practice pressure sale techniques, and they really stand by the products and services they sell. They will work WITH you! The staff is upfront with their pricing, and they're able to explain their services with great detail. You'll definitely feel pleased and confident with your purchase knowing you can go back to them without feeling left high and dry. I love this place when it comes to your optical needs. So helpful and knowledgeable.Dr. Bridger was very patient in answering all my questions and referred me to a great specialist for cataract surgery. Very grateful that they found the issues that were overlooked by other doctors. Highly recommend.

The staff at Parrelli have not only been incredibly helpful and friendly, but they have also been unrelenting in their efforts to get the perfect fit for my vision. Courteous and professional. Accommodating to my schedule. Informative, they aren't trying to rush you out of the office, or sell you something you don't need. They really want to make sure you understand your vision, your options, your insurance. Yup, I recommend!

Just wanted to shout out to Matthew Mahoney who went out of his way to be very helpful... I needed new nose guards for my Maui Jim's and he delivered! Great customer service all around, if you need something... give them a try.

Parrelli Optical really cares about their customers. I felt very comfortable talking to them about finding new glasses. They also went the extra mile to ensure I got what I was looking for at a price within my budget.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. After trying other shops I always ended up back at Parrelli in Beverly. The quality of the frames is always first rate but more important is the level of service. There has never been a doubt when purchasing glasses there that they will work with you until they are perfect no matter the issue or how long it takes. They are always current with the technology that is available and now wearing Digital Progressives with Crisal coatings I can not imagine buying elsewhere or relying on another shop to keep me fitted with the best glasses available. The same staff has been at the shop for years and the personal level of service can not be beat.

Their customer service is the kind we dream about, but rarely encounter. Shelly and Martha made this appointment a pleasure! There is great customer service here. Martha helped me out last time I came in and she was especially kind! I was having trouble with dry contacts and she gave me a sample of a new solution to try and ever since switching to use that, my eyes feel great. I would suggest this place to any one!
