From growing up surrounded by her mother’s own designs, Fabienne-Coudray Meisel developed a passion for “That Which is Beautiful.” While at the Persons School of Design, she mastered a style and a technique of her own.
Her optical studies and her experience as an optician taught her a taste for those miraculous little objects, so simple and yet so complex that one places between oneself and the world, Fabiennes craving for the Beautiful finally took over.
In 1997, Volte Face was born. She designed, produced and distributed her first frames. Smart details and French chic are characteristic of this avant- garde collection. Exclusive colorful acetate, titanium and composite stylings where delicate detail, fluid lines and state-of-the-art technology come into perfect focus.
Today, her frames are seen around the world, in more than 15 countries across Europe, Asia and America, her vision keeps evolving and expanding, breaking new ground at every corner.
