    The eye exam I got at Parrelli was probably the most extensive examination of my ocular health I’ve ever had. And then the contact lens fitting! John started pulling out laminated articles and explaining the relative benefits of various different lenses. There were *options*!

    I have gone on to recommend Parrelli to various friends and coworkers. Even though their office is not covered under my employer’s vision insurance, I will continue to go there for my eye exams.

    I really appreciate the excellent service you and your staff have provided to me consistently for the past 15 years.

    Since 1990, I have been coming to Parrelli Optical to get annual eye exams, new contact lenses, eyeglasses or for other eye care needs. I am happy to say that I have received nothing but quality service every time I stopped in and even when I just called to ask a question.

    Your staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Just yesterday, I stopped by at Parrelli to get my old glasses repaired. Chris did a great job of fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. He also promptly gave me copies of my last eye exams as I requested.

    Although I did not have an appointment to see you that day, you accommodated me in your busy schedule. Very quickly, you identified the problem with my new contact lenses, had them professionally cleaned and gave me two sample kits of the Boston Advance Cleaner! All of this was done at no cost to me. My contact lenses and eyeglasses feel perfectly fine now.

    I know how difficult it is to get good service these days, so I sincerely would like to thank you, Chris, and Dr. Seligman.

    To all the staff at Parrelli Optical;

    I would like to take this time to thank the entire staff of Parrelli Optical for all your help in assisting me with all my optical needs. As most of you are aware, fitting me with the correct contact lens was quite challenging to say the least.

    I was referred to Jonathan Parrelli from another eye care professional who knew he was one of the best at solving difficult contact lens customers. That referral couldn’t have been any better. Jonathan was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. It would have been easy for him to fit me in contacts in a few sessions and I would have been satisfied. Instead Jonathan could see that I needed more attention to get the best fit and comfort possible. He encouraged me to be patient through the process of finding the ideal lens. I took his advice and he was right. My contacts are PERFECT! I didn’t think it was possible for me to get contacts that would be comfortable all day and give crystal clear vision. Thanks to Jonathan’s persistence I am one satisfied customer.

    I wouldn’t have been 100% satisfied without the support of all the other professional staff at Parrelli Optical. Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. Calls were promptly returned. Questions were quickly answered. Problems were always solved to my satisfaction. A great team is only as good as their weakest link. At Parrelli Optical there is no weak link, only “All-Stars.”

    In my own profession, I service about 100 specialty retailers. I do see what great full service retailers do to create happy customers. Parrelli Optical is a great example of how to build happy customers. I can’t imagine finding an Optical store that could do as well.

    I had been wearing rigid gas permeable contact lenses for thirty plus years, although I received unwelcome news that I could no longer wear standard lenses. My lenses were distorting my corneas and causing problems which forced me to have to wear spectacles. I was not able to get back into contact lenses again until I came to Parrelli Optical. Jonathan Parrelli took on the task of working with specialty laboratories to design custom lenses for me. After 6 months of meticulous effort and creative designs, Jonathan perfected a pair of lenses that allowed me to see better at both distance and near than I am able to see with eyeglasses. These lenses even allowed me to read movie subtitles and even the fine print on medicine bottles! I love my custom lenses and the experience I have had at Parrelli Optical.

    Dear Jonathan,

    My birthday present for my 16th birthday in 1964 was a pair of contact lens. I wore them for years. I loved seeing without glasses.

    I had many types along the way as technology advanced. I wore some soft lens for a while but never really liked them. Soft lens were floppy and always seemed to big and thick to me. I was able to wear the Boston astigmatic lens and wore them until about 2001 when I began to need reading glasses. I was told then that contacts were really no longer practical for me, and that I would need to wear both glasses and contacts.

    I decided that if I had to wear glasses anyway, why wear both. I asked every year at my yearly appointment with my eye doctor if things had advanced so that I could again wear just contacts and was told no, but this year I asked if my eyes could tolerate contact lens and was told yes. My eye doctor didn’t seem to be too keen on helping me with contacts.

    I walked into Parrelli Optical and spoke with Karen Parrelli and she used some really fantastic high tech equipment to take very advanced measurements and pictures of my eyes, and my answer was yes, my son Jonathan is our lens fitting specialist and he can help you.

    Well, both Jonathan and I are picky about vision. We have arrived at the point of my vision with contact lens at 20/20+ and my reading with the contacts is excellent. The lens are very comfortable and once again I can see better than I ever expected. I have to read poor fuzzy print at work, and at night I am a fine arts artist. I really appreciate how well these lens work for me. Jonathan tells me he would have fit me well as long as 4 years ago. I am sorry that I missed seeing well during the four years, but am looking forward with pleasure to a sharp, clear, view of the world for years into the future.

    Hi Jonathan,

    I cannot thank you enough for all you and your staff have done. I am 55 years old and had given up on wearing contacts and having crystal clear vision. My new digital progressive glasses are the most comfortable I have had, and my near and far vision is clear.

    I had given up on wearing contacts due to eye irritation and having to decide on clear near OR distant vision. I found by the end of the day I was stressed due to poor clarity all day long.

    You came highly recommended, and after my first visit, when I left your office I could not believe that my vision near and far could be so clear with contact lenses. I am now wearing my progressive contacts 10-12 hours a day, no eye irritation, and cannot remember when I ever saw this well with contacts or glasses.

    You and your staff have greatly improved my quality of life. Thank you again for your help and great service.

    Dear Christina, Jon, & Mo,
    Thanks for recommending my new, digitally mastered and lazer cut lenses. I can’t believe progressive lenses have been so vastly improved. Gone is all of the distortion at the periphery of the lenses which limited my useful field of vision and “boxed” me into just a section of the lense. My “panavision” has been restored across the entire width of my line of sight including the near, intermeidate and far focal points; this is the closest thing to wearing no glasses that I have experienced in years. Thanks, again, to all of you for your help, recommendations and making it so much fun getting my new eyeglasses!
