Founded in Paris 1989 BCBGMAXAZRIA was named for the popular French expression “bon chic, bon genre” – meant to convey the idea that a good attitude is the basis of good style. Shortly after, the brand moved to Los Angeles, inspiring the infusion of relaxed, West Coast attitude into our European aesthetic foundation. Guided by a sensibility that reflects our strong European heritage, BCBGMAXAZRIA is a design-driven brand that emphasizes the creative process.

But it’s not just style. Their mission was to create a great experience for eyeglass wearers by providing them with high-quality products. The goal was to provide every patient with the best experience, every time.
